Nobody is more passionate about Motels than me. When I was 12 years old (long time ago) my parents owned a small 7 unit Motel which I now live 5km way from.
The industry has changed so much over the years, the services and technology, but what remains consistent is that customer experience counts. Happy customers do return.
I have set up a Facebook Public Group where owners and clients can talk about what they like and what they would want to see in New Zealand Motels and Campgrounds.
